We would like to introduce a case where rust prevention for pipes and tubing was achieved by converting red rust to black rust to prevent corrosion. The 'Actraiser' was applied to prevent and remove scale from the outside of the pipes without using chemicals or magnets. For seawater pipes that were experiencing corrosion, a rust-proof coating was formed after two months. For the water supply pipes, where red rust was progressing on the upstream side, the downstream side changed to black rust after three months and softened.
